How are lab processing fees handled?

Lab fees are typically included in your initial package purchase. For any additional compliance-related processing or MRO reviews, charges are clearly itemized on your monthly invoice to ensure full transparency.

When are DOT compliance invoices issued?

Invoices for ongoing DOT compliance, consortium management, and random pool administration are generated on the 1st of each month and sent directly to your registered employer billing email.

Can I pay for multiple donor passes at once?

Yes, your invoice will list all the donor passes you created. Simply enter the invoice number and the amount to pay for all donor passes in a single transaction.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. This system does not allow ACH transfers.
