DNA Testing services are strictly limited to Chicago, IL, and the surrounding nearby suburbs. We provide professional on-site collection to ensure the highest standards of specimen integrity.

These travel and transportation fees help cover professional collector time, mileage, travel expenses, and the secure transport of specimens to our clinical laboratory.
Mileage & Travel Fees
- First 5 miles are completely free of charge.
- All miles exceeding the 5-mile radius are billed at $7.00 per mile.
- There is a transportation fee of $50.00 for all miles over 5 miles.
Calculation Example:
For instance, if a client is 15 miles away, the first 5 miles are free. The remaining 10 miles are billed at $7.00/mile ($70.00), plus a flat $50.00 transportation fee.
Following your test purchase, an invoice will be sent for the remaining balance and transportation fee. This balance must be paid in full before a collector is dispatched.

The process is simple and painless. You use a sterile buccal swab to rub the inside of your cheek for about 30-60 seconds. This collects skin cells containing your DNA. Once done, place the swab in the provided envelope and mail it back to our lab.
