Dispatchers: Employees who manage or dispatch drivers may be deemed safety-sensitive, as their decisions can affect driver safety and operational efficiency. Bus Operators: Employees who operate vehicles that transport passengers, such as school buses or public transport buses, are classified as safety-sensitive due to the potential risks of carrying passengers.
