Office Staff

screenings4u is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team! We have both full-time and part-time positions available. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our healthcare screening services for clients, customers, and office staff. You'll collaborate with the entire team to ensure our operations run smoothly.

 

The key duties for our office staff position include managing daily administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and responding to emails to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, staff will assist with customer inquiries and provide support to team members as needed. Maintaining office organization and coordinating supplies will be essential to promote an efficient work environment.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who can work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize confidentiality of sensitive personal and healthcare data, and offer outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. Maintaining a quality assurance rate of at least 98% for all tests performed is also essential.

 

Flexibility in working various scheduled hours to meet the business's needs is important. In addition to office staff duties, you may also assist with drug and alcohol testing, administrative tasks, inventory management, and communication with businesses, employers, and donors. Strong customer service skills are a must.

 

Compensation:

  • Pay ranges from $18.75 to $25.85 per hour, depending on experience.

  • If hired without prior experience, you will start at $18.75 per hour.

  • We provide two days of unpaid training for candidates without experience, during which you will not be required to perform job duties.

 

Workplace Policies:

  • We maintain a Drug-Free Workplace, and pre-employment and random drug testing will be required for all employees.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Professional demeanor

  • Basic computer proficiency (email, document navigation, computer navigation)

  • Microsoft 365 experience

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Phone etiquette

 

Optional Qualifications:

  • Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to various locations (a laptop and printer will be provided when traveling).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary 

  • Pay: $18.75 - $25.85 per hour 

  • Expected hours: 20 – 40 hours per week
