screenings4u provides urine specimen collector training kits that are fully equipped for effective, compliant sample collection. Each kit contains 10 Department of Transportation (DOT) collection kits to ensure compliance with all federal guidelines, along with 10 Federal Custody and Control Forms (CCFs) for accurate documentation. To enhance training, the kit includes a mock collection checklist and procedures available as digital downloads, which help boost the collector's confidence and skills.

Additionally, each kit includes 2 pairs of non-latex gloves and a ballpoint pen to facilitate collection. This training kit is designed for participants of our in-person Urine Specimen Collector training course, as well as those enrolled in our online course that includes mock sessions. We also offer these training kits to individuals who wish to train themselves.
