An EtG (ethyl glucuronide) alcohol hair test is typically conducted to detect alcohol consumption over an extended period, usually up to 90 days. This test measures the presence of ETG, a metabolite produced when the body processes alcohol. This test is usually court-ordered for probation, DUI programs, or other legal reasons. When will I get the results? The estimated time for negative results is usually 1-3 business days, while non-negative results typically take 3-7 business days.
