All post-accident or mobile testing services are paid upfront before we come out.

 

This pricing is for the surrounding areas of Chicago, IL, Northwest, IN, and Atlanta, GA. You may request specific pricing in your account if you are in another state.

 

We travel 25 miles in any direction from the addresses below:

Anything over 25 miles will have an additional $.99 per mile added to the invoice.

• Fee to come out during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM) - $125 + price of the test(s) being performed

• Labor fee - Free for the first 30 minutes, then $25 per 30 minutes. We will not stay longer than 3 hours.

• Fee to come out after business hours (5 PM - 9 AM) - $200 + price of the test(s) being performed

• DOT & NON-DOT Urine Test - Between 9 AM and 5 PM - $59 per test  

• DOT & NON-DOT Urine Test - After 5 PM and before 9 AM - $79 per test

• DOT & NON-DOT Alcohol Breathalyzer Test - Between 9 AM and 5 PM - $59 per test  

• DOT & NON-DOT Alcohol Breathalyzer Test - After 5 PM and before 9 AM - $79 per test
